Shipping Policy

We offer FREE delivery for all orders over $50.00.

We currently ship in Canada only.

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Standard shipping time:

  • Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan): 3-10 days
  • Canada (Ontario and Quebec): 1-2 days
  • For out-of-stock items, we can still accept an order, but delivery times vary depending on the supplier:
    • STAEDTLER: Estimated delivery time is 8 weeks when out of stock.
    • fdmt: Estimated delivery time is 4 weeks when out of stock.
    • Prismacolor: Estimated delivery time is 6 weeks when out of stock.
    • Replogle Globes: Estimated delivery time is 12 weeks. when out of stock.
    • Xyron: Estimated delivery time is 12 weeks. when out of stock.
    • Puzzle Ready: Estimated delivery time is 10 weeks. when out of stock.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info within 3 days then feel free to get in touch.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
