At Two Little Minds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada.

1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for most items. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@twolittleminds.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you, as per the legal warranty requirements in Quebec.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale".

4. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Currency: All refunds are issued in $ CAD. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the transaction.

5. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Errors/Defects: If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
